Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Consultancy Packages 1. Overview These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of consultancy services under our Booking services, Starter, Starter Plus, Growth, and Premium Partner packages ("Packages"). By purchasing any of these Packages, you agree to these Terms. 2. Scope of Services 2.1. The services included in each Package are outlined on our website or proposal documents. Additional services beyond the Package scope may be subject to separate agreements and fees. 2.2. All work will be conducted during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT. For clients based in Eastern Standard Time (EST), work may be conducted during EST hours when mutually agreed and subject to consultant availability. 3. Fair Play Policy 3.1. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following policies apply: Unlimited consultations (where included) are subject to a reasonable use policy, defined as up to 8 hours of consultation per month unless otherwise agreed. Requests for support or deliverables must be submitted via email or our project management system. We aim to respond within the agreed timeframes specified in your Package (e.g., 24-48 hours). Any unused hours or services within a Package are not transferable to the following month. 3.2. Clients must provide clear, accurate, and timely information to facilitate the completion of tasks. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information may result in rescheduling or cancellation of services without refund. 4. Payments and Refunds 4.1. Payment for Services or Packages must be made in advance on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.2. Refunds for unused services will not be provided. Exceptions may apply in cases of proven service non-performance on our part. 5. Confidentiality 5.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the engagement. 5.2. We will not share or disclose your business information without prior consent unless required by law. 6. Amendments and Termination 6.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms with prior notice to clients. 6.2. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds for partially completed months will not be provided. 7. Liability 7.1. While we strive to provide the highest quality of services, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses incurred as a result of our consultancy.
